About The Vetting Process
To ensure a high level of accountability, all candidates are subjected to a vetting process prior to official employment. The vetting process is twofold. Firstly, the candidate is subject to a rigorous background check. Once the background check has been completed, successful candidates will be required to complete an integrity screening.
The integrity screening may come in the form of a polygraph test, commonly known as a “lie detector test.” It is a procedure that detects several physiological indicators, including pulse, blood pressure, respiration, and skin conductivity, which indicate if a person is being untruthful when asked a series of questions. Participation in this process is mandatory.
