Key Outputs

• Annual Operating Plan (AOP) that reflects subsets of the Strategic plan with associated estimates of the resources required to execute the AOP (Annual Budgets).

• Develops performance indicators to measure and report on the effectiveness of the Agency’s Strategic Plan.

• Monthly, quarterly and annual reviews of performance (financial and non-financial) against Plan.

• Quarterly updates of the Agency’s plans and reforecasts of the resources required.

• Risk Assessments conducted and Risk Management Plan prepared.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Facilitation skills and facilitated planning.

• Ability to establish mechanisms to ensure suitable performance indicators.

• Must have through knowledge, experience and familiarity with Strategic Business Plans.

• Ability to conduct risk assessments to determine areas of risks and audit focus.

• Capital Budgeting using DCF techniques.

• The Project Management Body of Knowledge.

• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, especially in the data management functionality of Excel.

Minimum Required Education & Experience

• Undergraduate degree in Management, Business or Public Administration, Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum seven (7) years progressive experience in a business analysis, business planning and reporting role.

• Experience in facilitating participative planning workshops.

• Training in Strategic Management.

• Assignments conducted at external locations.
